This is a vintage 1980's Vantage Avenger Bass Guitar, a rare gem crafted at the renowned Matsumoku factory in Japan. This bass features a black finish, a maple neck with a rosewood fret board, and a P-Bass style single pickup that delivers a punchy, versatile tone. The neck is straight, and the action is low without buzzing. This has deluxe sealed tuners, and it stays in tune nicely. Electronics are clean, with no hums or buzz. Neck measures 24" from nut to end of bottom neck. 16 3/4" from nut to middle of 12th fret. This is light at 7.5 Lbs. Frets are in great shape. Body is nice,.. not perfect, with some minor patina,.. but no major gouges. If you appreciate the classic Matsumoku Japan bass guitars, you will like this one. No case is included.
