This is 90's era.. USA made.. with a healthy sized magnet for tight and powerful low end.
This was private labeled for Community by Eminence. This speakers was originally in a Community CSX57-S2 2x15 Speaker PA cabinet. Rated at 150 watts.. 8 Ohms. Ampeg and Crate also used the same Eminence 15596 speakers in many of their bass guitar cabinets , as they are both SLM owned companies using the same factories. Fender also used these in some of their bass amps. Several different PA speaker manufacturers used these as well.
If you like the deep Ampeg sound, this is the perfect speaker for you cabinet, or if you are looking for a good 15" replacement speaker for your PA. This has no issues, it sounds clear without any buzz. This will provide great low end for a Bass Guitar Cab ,.. or a DJ PA speaker. In excellent cosmetic shape
