Are you detail oriented? Are you careful and organized? Are you interested in learning about real estate? Do you like kids? Are you happy doing office work/data entry/filing? Do you enjoy social media, particularly Instagram? Oh, and I can't forget the house/kids stuff - do you mind putting dishes in the dishwasher, folding laundry for me, and/or driving my 10band 9 year old kids to local activities/camps a few times a week? Do you mind running errands? Basically help me keep my world running?

If you can answer yes to these questions, my "Personal/Office Assistant" job might be perfect for you. I'm a full-time RealEstate Agent and mom of two kids in Dorchester (near Ashmont/Carruth) , and I'm looking for someone to come to my home/office on weekdays and some weekends this summer (and potentially continuing into this fall and beyond). Sometimes I only need only about 8 hours per week, but I could need as much help as 24 hours a week.

The salary is $14/hr. The job starts ASAP. This is a great opportunity to learn a new trade = Real Estate. Willing to sponsor the 'right' fit after a trial period for their real estate license.

The job includes:
Real Estate office work:
-cleaning up a client list
-learning to use MailChimp for email newsletters
-learning to manage transactions and keep organized and on track
-scheduling appointments/showings
-learning how to research property information
-occasionally visiting my main office on Newbury Street
-various other administrative tasks

House/kids stuff:
-putting some dishes in the dishwasher
-folding laundry for me
-running errands (groceries, dry cleaning, post office etc.)
-driving my kids to local activities/camps a few times a week
-helping me keep my world running...

Applicants should be able to provide their own transportation (with a clean driving record) to and from my home office in Dorchester, MA. Applicants should have excellent attention to detail (I'd like references, please), and be available for 8-20 hours of work/week for Summer and possibly 6-10 (or more) during the year. The position is a 1099 contractor position, paid hourly at a rate of $14/hour.
