Liz Miller Interiors is seeking a highly organized and motivated Interior Design Assistant to support our design and procurement team. This role is ideal for someone early in their interior design career who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to gain hands-on experience across all phases of the design process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the design team with day-to-day project coordination and administrative tasks
· Support product sourcing, vendor communication, and material research
· Help prepare client presentations, design boards, and project documentation
· Assist with procurement, order tracking, and logistics coordination
· Maintain organized project files, finish schedules, and product specifications
· Coordinate with vendors, workrooms, and contractors as needed
· Assist with site visits, installations, and project follow-up
Qualifications
· 0–2 years of professional experience
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Experience with Design Manager or Studio Designer is a plus, but not required
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Liz Miller Interiors is a full-service interior design firm focused on creating thoughtful, highly detailed residential environments. Our team works closely with clients, artisans, and vendors to deliver exceptional results from concept through installation. Office is located in Milton, MA, with project sites in Boston and surrounding towns. This is typically a flexible, remote/ work-from-home position but does need to be a minimum of 30 hours a week, not part-time.
