Selling my entire inventory of 23 hard maple live edge slabs as a single lot. Lot sale only — not selling individually.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
• 9 slabs — 8 ft long × 24" wide × 2.5" thick
• 6 slabs — 9 ft long × 24" wide × 2.5" thick
• 4 slabs — 9 ft long × 18–20" wide × 2.5" thick
• 4 crotch slabs — approx. 32" × 24" wide × 2.5" thick
DRYING & STORAGE:
All slabs have been properly stickered and stacked for airflow since the day they were cut. Ends were sealed with Anchorseal 2 professional end sealer from day one. Air dried for 2.5 years — the best practice rule-of-thumb drying time for 2.5" thick slabs. Stored covered and protected throughout.
WOOD CHARACTER:
Several slabs show beautiful natural figuring including ambrosia and spalted patterns. The surface has the natural gray patina of air-dried maple — a single pass with a planer or belt sander reveals stunning grain underneath.
IDEAL FOR:
Dining tables, desks, bar tops, floating shelves, benches. The crotch slabs are perfect for smaller statement pieces.
