We are a small boutique financial firm located in the financial district of Boston. We advise clients on investments, insurance and overall wealth management.
We are looking for a high energy individual with a desire to learn and to use their communications experience to help us advance our social media presence and be a take charge person in organizing marketing and events for our clients and prospects. Great opportunity for media savvy college junior or seniors with good writing skills. Potential to grow into additional responsibilities and/or full time role.
In addition, the individual will provide office support with such duties as confirming client meetings, website maintenance, order supplies, keep and maintain marketing kits, and scanning documents as needed. Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel (only basic skills) and PowerPoint. PLEASE SUBMIT A RESUME via email and a short piece about yourself.
Amount of time at the office would be 15 hours per week at $20 per hour; however, there is flexibility on this depending on experience.
