My name is Chris and I tutor high school students and college students in the greater Boston area who are struggling or need another point of view/reinforcement with their math courses. I have tutored math since taking calculus when I began holding after-school sessions with groups of my peers. I tutor pre-algebra, algebra I-II, geometry, pre-calc, calculus, statistics, discrete math, multivariable calculus, differential equations, linear algebra, real analysis, complex variables, abstract algebra, and many more subject areas in math. Math and engineering majors welcomed!
My tutoring philosophy combines patient, enthusiasm and positive reinforcement. Your goals become my goals!
A little bit about myself: I am a recent graduate of the M.S. degree program in Mathematics at Tufts University where I focused on the three major cornerstones of Contemporary Mathematics: Analysis (Real & Complex), Abstract Algebra, and Geometry/Topology.
I've tutored high school students from Bedford, Lexington, Arlington, Melrose, Cambridge, Boston, and many other school districts in Massachusetts. I've also tutored college students from WPI, Tufts, BU, Northeastern, MIT, Suffolk, BC, Brandeis, Harvard, Wentworth, UMass, and many other Universities in and around Boston.
My availability is flexible during the week, both afternoons and evenings, and the weekend. Have any scheduling questions? Shoot me a line!
I look forward to working with you!
