Please respond with your goals, what your current diet is like, and if you have any injuries or issues that I need to know about. Also, I would please like to know what kind of training style you prefer--HIIT/Metabolic Conditioning, Strength Training Reverse Pyramid Training, Isometrics, Resistance band work. Please let me know.
I do online fitness/nutrition coaching as well, if that is something that is convenient.
For free information, I encourage you to read through my blog--
Due to the fact that my services are in high demand, I really do request that if you reach out to me--that you are serious about working with me. There is only so much time that I can give to someone who who is on the fence about making changes, doesn't trust that I will help you. I'm only interested in working with those who are serious about training.
The three most important things when it comes to strength training are:
1) Time under load—i.e., how long the muscle is under tension.
2) Intensity of effort. There must be effort or the body has no reason to adapt, or become stronger.
3) The frequency, and volume. If you train too often, you’re not going to recover. Strength, endurance are not built in the gym. It’s built during rest. If you smash yourself everyday, then you will become exhausted, you may get overuse injuries. A little bit is good, but a lot is not good.
One of the aspects I focus most on is ensuring that your sessions are as safe, effective as possible. There are many trainers who espouse the "pushing through pain" mentality. I am not one of them. Nor do I incorporate a lot of high impact exercises, such as plyometric box jumping. Your safety, longevity, and ability to recover is my number one priority.
If you're unsatisfied with the sessions, I promise half of your money back.
