The work is on the payroll for $25/hour.
Tomorrow:
Doing some repair on a deck, removing rot, fixing boards, nailing on plywood.
Driveway power washing and repair of cracks, dips etc.
Trimming bushes and cleanup.
Must live in the area of Central Square Cambridge or not too far.
Need to have some experience in construction, maintenance etc.
Need to be able to physically do the work.
It is actually 3 small buildings with 7 apartments. Need to catch up on the maintenance right now.
There is another property in Allston that needs maintenance as well.
