Call Center Representative

compensation: To be discussed.



Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct phone interviews to assess potential eligibility for Social Security (SSI/SSDI) or Medicaid benefits.
  2. Evaluate members' medical conditions and their impact on daily functioning.
  3. Assist members in completing applications using web-based and proprietary software.
  4. Advocate for members by explaining process requirements and ensuring active application status.
  5. Support HFI initiatives to maximize revenue for healthcare clients and advocate for vulnerable members.
  6. Work collaboratively with the team and share ideas for positive change.

Requirements:

  1. Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years of call/contact center experience, handling high call volumes.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette.
  4. Bilingual in English/Spanish/Portuguese/Vietnamese/Chinese/Russian preferred.
