Help keep Verizons buildings running smoothly. Youll handle HVAC and refrigeration maintenance, basic electrical and controls work, and routine inspections to keep systems safe and reliable.
Youll do things like:

Maintain and fix HVAC/refrigeration systems (air handlers, heating/cooling equipment)
Troubleshoot electrical components, motor controls, and control circuits
Install and calibrate temperature/humidity controls
Complete inspections and repairs using work orders and diagrams
Support off-hours work when needed (overtime/weekends/holidays)

Schedule: Onsite | Full-time (40 hrs/week) | Usually MonFri, 8am5pm

Requirements:

Q-01 Refrigeration License
EPA Universal Certification
Able to maintain/obtain required Certificates of Fitness
Valid drivers license + clean record
