HIRING SNOW REMOVAL Crews (Arlington MA)

compensation: 25-35+ Per Hour, based on equipment, and productivity

I am looking for some people to help out with snow removal for this season! All the jobs are based in Arlington MA, so you would have to be close enough that you can reliably get here, even in snowy weather. If you live outside of town, you definitely need a car, as public transport is not great in bad weather. Big preference to people with trucks, as I am looking for crews who can get from job to job independently. Also, I would love to have anyone with snowblower (s), and significant experience. I am happy to pay well for the top people.

Must haves:
Verbal competency in english
Good work ethic
Flexibility as to when work occurs (early mornings and late nights).

(Very) Strongly Preferred:
- Any vehicle, special preference for a truck, or large SUV capable of transporting a snowblower.
- A snowblower, or other snow removal machinery.

For crews with trucks and equipment pay would be 30-35+ hourly, or we could agree on rates for a route.
