We are a property management company seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations, property upkeep, and shop organization.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, staying organized, and working both indoors and outdoors year-round.
Responsibilities
* Move, load, unload, and transport equipment, tools, materials, and inventory between properties and the company shop
* Assist with organizing and maintaining the mill shop, storage areas, and equipment
* Operate company trucks and equipment safely and responsibly
* Perform light landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanup, and general property upkeep
* Perform general labor tasks as needed
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, equipment, and work areas
Qualifications
* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
* Must be able to safely lift and move 100+ lbs regularly
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Experience operating lawn equipment or similar machinery is a plus
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
* Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
* Prior experience in general labor, landscaping, warehouse, or property operations preferred
