Compensation: $25 an hour
Job Summary
Ideal Concrete Block is seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Associate to support daily operations. This role is responsible for filling customer orders, loading trucks, and maintaining a safe and organized yard environment.
Responsibilities
• Make up and load customer orders onto trucks and construction vehicles safely and accurately
• Operate a forklift (training available if needed)
• Provide courteous and professional customer service
• Maintain yard cleanliness and organization
• Ensure products and materials are stored properly
• Assist with cycle counts and managing inventory
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
• Stable and dependable work history
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience in concrete, pavers, retaining walls, or outdoor living products is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions year-round
• Frequent standing, walking, and equipment operation
• Ability to lift up to 95 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
• Monday through Friday
• 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
