Growing company seeking to add a team member that has some painting experience, for a role that has a decent amount of painting but at certain points will be general maintenance work.
Any other experience with carpentry plumbing electrical is a plus
In addition to painting, duties would include things like:
Replacing hardware like door knobs, towel holders, blinds
Troubleshooting appliance issues
Repairing water damage
Responding to floods
Light elextrical work like replacing breakers and light fixtures
Unclogging sinks/Garbage Disposal
Theres opportunity to learn and grow with the team. Willing to train the right candidate.
Hours are 830-430
Reliable transportation is a huge plus, though most all buildings are local to rosbury/south end.
Passing a background check is required.
This is a 1099 position.
