This is a hands-on role with a variety of responsibilities. Ideal candidates are comfortable working in active job sites and take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and moving forward.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in general construction labor
* Ability to assist with demo work, site prep, and material handling
* Basic skills in carpentry, painting, or final cleaning are a strong plus
* Attention to detail and strong work ethic
* Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
* Reliable transportation is required
Bonus If You Have:
* Experience with finish work or punch list items
* Clean, detail-oriented mindset for final cleans
* Ability to jump between tasks and support different trades
