I have trained many people to double their strength in less than a year. They become twice as strong as before they started working with me. Many people who work with me for over a year and a half triple their strength. It would take three of themselves to equal what they are now. In some rare cases, I have quadrupled, and even quintupled peoples’ strength. It’s rare, but almost everyone on the planet can double their strength, and a large percentage can triple their strength. A few with good genetics can quadruple their strength, and a few elite people may quintuple. Imagine being twice as strong in six months. Anyone can do this. You want a general strength training program to make your skeletal muscles as strong as humanly possible. I use modalities to do that, using the safest methods possible.
