This item is lightly used, and (aside from a few slight scuff marks on the side and bottom from cleaning) is in great condition. The brushes are in great shape and have been washed and cleaned of debris. We had to purchase a new head for ourselves because our youngest daughter took apart the head, stick, and motor and hid the head. Then she forgot where she put it. So we ordered a new one. Then this turned up when I was doing some deep cleaning. We don't need two, so I figured that someone else could use the discount.
