Chef's Choice "Edge Select" electric knife sharpener. This is a top shelf item. My disabilities have becomes such that I can no longer use this. I was forced to sell my very expensive knife collection and purchase a cheap set of knives that I will simply replace if they become dull. Go to Target or any retailer and you will see that comparable items cost MUCH more. This is a good deal!
