Sept 1st Apartment Needed- 2 Beds (Fenway, Allston, Mission Hill, Brookline, Back Bay)

Hi,
My roommate and I are looking for Sept 1st 2026 housing in Boston. We are graduating from university in the spring and are planning to stay here. So looking for 2 bedrooms with Sept 1st start date or May 1st start date.
We are looking in Fenway, Allston, Mission Hill, Brookline, Back Bay or anywhere close to a T line to be honest, and our budget is MAX: 3,000 a month but would prefer around the 2,500 range.
We don't mind if its in a 1 bedroom split.
Also if anyone has advice with Boston housing or who to help we would appreciate it, as this would be our first apartment (not through subleasing).
