Seeking room with private bathroom or super affordable studio/1 bed (Boston)

27F, Hoping to find a room with a private bathroom under $1200 by February 2026
- Access to MBTA is absolutely necessary (red line would be nice but blue and orange are fine too… biggest priority is getting to the kenmore/fenway park area under an hour with transit)
-laundry in building or in unit
- would love to have other BIPOC roommates but okay if not
- need roommates to be queer friendly
- unfurnished room with private bathroom
I don’t have any pets and I don’t need any parking. I’m very clean and tend to keep to myself but still bubbly in most social interactions and will be polite if there are roommates. I do not wish to pay any broker fees.
