Hello, thank you for checking this out
My family and I are desperately looking for a two bedroom apartment thats section 8 friendly. We have until April 21st to find a place before the voucher expires. Budget is $1900 with everything included $1841 if only heat and hot water is included and $1682 if nothing is included.
My family and I are currently in a homeless shelter trying to get back on our feet. I will be moving with my husband and two kids. Our kids are 13 and 5 years old. Section 8 will pay a portion of the rent and my husband and I will pay the other portion. Rent will be paid monthly with no problem! We work all week and our kids are in school and after school programs. We're looking for a quite and safe area. We're extremely clean, quiet and respectful of our neighbors and property. NO CORI and NO EVICTIONS. We're a family trying to find a place for our kids a place we can call "Home".
First. Last and security deposit will be paid by the program Our shelter provides us with and also will pay a realtors fee if any. We have professional and personal references if needed.
please email me if you have anything available any where in Boston/some city's outside of Boston or if you have any questions.
Thank you so much In advance
and have a great one!
