Looking for great 2 BR (or possibly large 1BR). Ideally in a single family/duplex rather than an apartment building
Long term lease OR sublet
I have a bit of a "wishlist" but some key features I'm looking for are:
Nice, good sized kitchen w/up to date appliances (gas stove preferred)
Parking (1 car)
Laundry on premises
Outdoor space
Easy access to food/shops/etc.
I tend to go for quirky places--think wood/stone/brick, fireplace, unconventional floorplan, etc.
