We are an older couple (52&48), and we're looking to rent a small studio, basement apartment/room/bathroom, in-law efficiency, ect.. We're clean, responsible, respectful, and do not party. We're looking for a quiet place that we can call home. We're very basic. Don't need much. Kitchen would be nice, but not a deal breaker as long as we are able to have a fridge, and coffee maker. I work in Brighton all week. I get up early(quietly), go to work, get home from work, eat something little, watch a little TV, and then go to bed. Very basic. Please, we do not party, and don't want to live with someone that has parties. Our party days are over. We have 2 adult female cats that are both lovable and will cuddle if you wanted to. We need a place rather quickly and are trying to prevent homelessness and having to find someone to keep Callie and Cleo for a bit. We have been approved for RAFT, which they pay the landlord first, last and security for us to move in. I don't want to go through RE, and would rather deal directly with the landlord. Let's talk about it!
