For May 1st move in date
We are looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment, or a big studio is okay.
I am disabled so my daughter lives with me as my caretaker, to help clean & to walk my small ESA dog. She is also a student in Northeastern University on scholarship.
I walk with a cane so we would need a first floor apartment with as few stairs as possible or an elevator.
We have one car, so one parking spot or street parking that is close to entrance would be helpful. I have a handicap placard.
We would like to stay within approximately 20 miles of Cambridge/Watertown but are willing to go out further.
I have my ESA 8lb dog who is well house trained, sweet, quiet & non-yapping little dog.
My daughter has a ESA cat that stays indoors and is also sweet & house trained.
Our small family unit is clean, quiet and responsible.
Our budget is up to $1500, I can show I am low income
It's been very hard to find a place with our needs and budget.
