Mt Auburn Physical Therapy Associates is a privately owned outpatient physical therapy practice located on Mt Auburn Street in Watertown. We are seeking a friendly individual with good interpersonal skills to work as an office assistant in the reception area of our clinic. You must be proficient with the computer and have the ability to multitask. You would be responsible for managing the flow of patients through the office and processing all activities related to their appointments; including scheduling , managing the phone and fax, managing copayments, and supporting the Office Manager.
Associates Degree and/or previous office experience. Desire experience in a healthcare setting.
