We are seeking a reliable and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide insulin care for a client in Andover. The role involves two visits per day - morning and evening - totaling approximately 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Insulin injections
- Perform and record blood sugar checks
- Monitor and accurate documentations of care condition
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Schedule:
- Mornings: 9:00AM - 10:00AM
- Evenings 5:00 PM - 6:00PM
- Days: 5 days per week (flexible - nurse may choose the days between Monday and Sunday)
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts LPN license in good standing
-Experience with diabetes management preferred
