This is in excellent shape. The only issue is that there is a very small area where my daughter used her crayon. But that should come out with minimal cleaning. Other than that, the glider and ottoman are both in excellent shape. No wear and tear or stains on the fabric. This is a very comfortable rocking glider that we purchased when our baby was first born. Now that she no longer needs to be rocked to sleep at night, we'd rather use the space for something else.
