Our pain is your gain!! We ordered several pieces from Plank + Beam. Some came damaged. We got in touch with the customer service folks looking to get undamaged pieces - instead, they insisted on sending a whole replacement of the furniture!! But those came damaged also. So we are selling the replacement furniture at a MASSIVE discount. All hardware and instructions included. Assembly required.
