➣ Before we get into the process...first and foremost if you have any issues with your Aeron we will service your chair for LIFE! Ok now here's the process :-)
➣ A brand-new OEM Herman Miller gas lift cylinder has been installed and laser-leveled to guarantee peak performance
➣ Casters have been replaced with brand new OEM Herman Miller Aeron casters
➣ Arm pads have been replaced with brand-new OEM Herman Miller arm pads
➣ The adjustable lumbar support pad has been replaced with a brand-new OEM Herman Miller Aeron lumbar support
➣ The knee-tilt memory foam pad has been replaced with a brand new OEM one to ensure max comfort and life span.
➣ All moving parts have been cleaned, lubricated, and tuned to maintain proper function, reliability, and longevity.
➣ The chair has been meticulously detailed from top to bottom
➣ Minor blemishes, if any, have been addressed with factory paint for a like-new finish
