The unit is basically new ,although it was installed and the customer is changed roof top units on new construction. The Unit is a 3.5 ton air
handler with American Standard label although was built by TRANE . Will handle 1600 sq ft of cooling and has the ability to add heat . THE HEAT IS ON ITS WAY BE COOL AND COMFORTABLE

The cabinets are constructed with fully enclosed insulation and double walls to
minimize energy loss, noise, and airborne dust, as well as mold and mildew from condensation.

The unit is in mint condition ,so much so that the plastic is still on the name plate ( as shown in pics) $3500 cost from distributor.
Attached pictures show how mint the unit coils ,motors ,control boards . The unit as stated is basically new for less than half the price .We will ad 20lbs of R410A if interested add $250 to the price . Get ready for the heat .

STATED UNIT IS IN ABSOLUTELY MINT CONDITION (PICS) ALTHOUGH AS STATED IT WAS INSTALLED AND THEN REMOVED FROM NEW CONSTRUCTION . ENGINEER AND CONTRACTOR REDESIGHNED SPECS FOR ROOF TOP UNITS .
