The newest addition to Chef/Owner Joe Cassinelli's Alpine Restaurant Group- known for its Davis Square establishments, Rosebud American Kitchen and Bar, The Painted Burro, and Posto.

The 7,500 square-foot Osteria Posto features an expansive 30 seat bar, 200 seat dining room, a large, three-season patio and a bustling private dining program.

We are seeking new bartenders to join our team. Ideal applicants will be experienced, take pride in their work and be committed to hospitality. Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits is expected as well as a passion to learn and expand your base.

We constantly challenge our bar team to excel at both food and beverage service. Candidates will be expected to perform under the pressure of a busy bar, while attending to our guests' dining experiences. If you are looking to work in a fast, fun and team oriented restaurant as a bartender, this is your scene.

Ideal Server candidate should possess the following qualities:

-Genuinely be dedicated to providing a high level of service to all his/her guests
-Have a strong work ethic and thrive on working in a fast paced environment while keeping a calm and collected demeanor
-Have a strong background in both spirits and wine and have the ability to describe them to guests in an unitimatining logical manner
-Have the ability to anticipate guest's needs
-Convey a sense of sincerity, enthusiasm and, most importantly, a sense of hospitality to all guests and co-workers

While experience is not necessary, host candidates should possess a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have strong communication skills.

The Osteria Posto management team is excited to train the right candidate as you will play an important role here at the restaurant. Hosts are not only the first person our guests meet, but they also set the tone for service by managing and organizing the flow of reservations.

We are open for Lunch Monday Through Friday 11:30 - 2:00pm and dinner 7 nights a week.
