Private Club located 15 minutes outside of Boston looking for experienced Lead line cook/Sous Chef to round out an established culinary team that serves a casual upscale clientele. Should be able to work quick and clean while maintaining consistency in an open and modern kitchen. Will work directly under the managerial staff to help create an exceptional yet simple menu that focuses on fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Culinary applicants should be comfortable working grill and sauté all while taking the utmost pride in the work you do. Self-motivation, a good attitude, leadership and cleanliness a must.
Culinary team will provide full training on station and equipment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and understand Basic English. Applicants will be given the opportunity to grow in a kitchen with training and mentoring by culinary managers.
Position is seasonal full-time salary with the potential for growth and offers very competitive pay. Weekends, holidays and nights are a must. Compensation and benefits include, but are not limited to:
