Duties:
Knowledge of and interest in traditional cooking techniques.
Knife skills.
Interest in learning all stations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, & PM shifts based on business needs.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Show integrity and respect.
Lifting and carrying.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Working and moving quickly, with purpose.
Ability and knowledge of setting up/breaking down stations for service.
Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
Continued involvement in bettering food knowledge and technical skills.
Interest and participation in a supportive and respectful team environment
Cleaning of kitchen independently and as directed during and at shift end
Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed
