The Inpient Therapist provides direct pient care under the supervision of the Clinical Director.

This is a Per Diem position for coverage as needed.

Pay: $32.20-$52.00/hour depending on educion and experience

• Provide clinical social work and case management consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care 
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, participe in trement planning, and discharge planning for assigned cases
• Manage cases on both the inpient eing disorder unit and inpient psychiric unit.
• Conduct individual, group and family therapy.
• Conduct crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources.
• Work to ensure th all required documention is completed in a timely and profession manner.
• Work collaborively with the trement team and Walden continuum.
• Maybe required to support virtual pient care and telehealth services as needed, including during periods of low census or to address coverage needs.

Educion:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting

Licensure/Certificion:

• LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, preferred or license-eligible
• CPR certificion, required

Knowledge:

• Must possess knowledge of psychiric group process, therapeutic relionships, age specific growth and development, behavior management and crisis management 

Required competencies:

• Strong organizional and communicion skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently
• Ability to multi-task in a changing and fast paced mental health environment
• Ability to work in a highly collabore, team environment
• Ability to communice verbally and in writing.
