Overview – Provide overall event support for 21,000+ attending professionals at this engaging and renowned event.
Location: Boston, MA
Rate: Estimated up to $204.00/day depending shift worked. ($17.00/hr)
Dates: 9/03 - 9/06
Shifts: 5 - 12 hours in length – daytime (exact TBD) - Staff not required to work all dates and shift options will be released for review prior to booking commitment.
Job Duties - assist with one or more of the following:
+ Registration Desk: Check in people on registration portal, distribute badge and conference bag
+ Directional / Wayfinders: Direct attendees to appropriate workshop locations and other events in the
+ Room Monitor: Prep conference rooms and usher guests to available seating
+ Badge Scanner: Check and scan credentials of attendees
Brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles.
Qualifications: Must be professional, well-spoken and friendly. Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude are a must. Administrative, hospitality and/or brand ambassador experience a plus but not required.
