The Division of Sleep and Circadian Disorders at Brigham and Women’s Hospital is looking for participants for a research study to examine the effects of daytime light to improve alertness, performance and learning.

The study involves a 1-2 week screening process, up to 2 outpatient screening visits and then 2 days (1 night) living in our facility (< 36 hours).
We are looking for people who are/have:
- Healthy, male and female
- A college degree or are currently enrolled in college
- No sleep disorder
- Not on any medications (birth control OK)
- Ages 18-30
