Have you recently experienced a major stressor? Are you interested in tracking daily stressors and moods? Do you have a smartphone?

We are examining the effects of stress on how people think and feel over a period of 12 months. In this study, you will periodically complete online surveys and track both stressful and positive events in your life, as well as how you feel on a day-to-day basis. We are interested in recruiting individuals with a range of life experiences and backgrounds. No travel is required for this study.

You must be 18 years or older and English-speaking to participate in this study. You will need a SSN to be compensated for this study.

Your participation in this study would consist of:

• Completing a 5-minute online survey assessing whether you are eligible for the study
• Having a phone call with our research coordinator to give you more information about the study and practice answering surveys
• Every 4 months:
-Completing a 30-60 minute online survey on a computer
-Completing six brief (2-minute) surveys on your smartphone at random times each day for a period of 7 days
