Stumbled upon this as I purchased from radio and tv facilities in the late 90s.
Philips (specifically in Heerlen)
was the primary manufacturer of vacuum tubes in Holland, creating iconic tubes under its own brand and others like Amperex, Mullard, and Bugle Boy. These tubes, produced in the Dutch Philips factories, are highly regarded for their quality in vintage audio equipment. They also provided custom high quality tubes for manufacturers like Hewlett Packard.

Scoop it up. You cant get a vintage Dutch tube at this price...if you can even find them at all.
