Dual aficionados rejoice ! This is a perfectly working, fully automatic, vintage turntable in excellent shape. It's hard to find a 1237 that is fully functional like this one. Look on Ebay,.. just about every 1237 listed is " Broken ,.. for parts " but this one is working properly, with all functions doing what they were designed to do in harmony, as it was new. Cue, start, and auto stop are working. The dust cover is in great shape. No cracks or major scratches. Hinges work and it stays up when put up. Speed is perfect.

This was quality engineered and precision manufactured in Germany. This has a good Audio Technica Green phono cartridge with a sharp eliptical tip.

This is a fine table from the golden age of quality Hi-fi
