These are tested, fully functional, great sounding, and in excellent cosmetic condition. One of the grills has a tiny hole per picture. Otherwise, these are in great shape for a forty year old pair of classic Bose. The 8.2 is one of the more rare, elusive , and sought after Bose models. USA made in Framingham during Bose's golden age of quality manufacturing. They were only made for a few years starting in 1985. They had a beautiful , modern design. They are regarded as a less expensive 601 ( series III ) .. because they have a similar sound to that model. Bose 601 in this shape are fetching twice as much. I think they are more beautiful than the 601 , and they do indeed have very similar sound characteristics. Tons of raves online regarding these. Matched par , right and left.
