Late 70s Vintage Bose Model 301 Stereo Speakers, w/Upgraded Woofers - $99 (Arlington)

Pair of vintage Bose model 301, original series from the late 1970s with upgraded Bose woofers, and "Direct Energy Control" used to direct the sound of the tweeters.

There's some degradation and minor splitting of the foam grill panels, but they stay put and look fine from a couple of feet away.

Even if you're not a Bose fan, the response of these early 301s is amazing in that they manage to reproduce surprisingly deep bass with clean clear highs & mids beyond their modest cabinet size.

They can be heard on a demo system with a bit of notice.
