About the Job - Commissioning Engineer - Boston, MA

Our Engineers work on high quality, high-profile, national and international projects. You will actively participate in the full project cycle, from the design phase through the final construction close-out. Responsibilities include:
Development of CX Plan
Development of CX Specifications
Engineering Design Review of commissioning related equipment and systems
Commissioning documentation development
On-site field witness of start-up, and filed testing of equipment and systems
Reivew of Test, Adjust, and Balancing activities
Review construction documents and provide comments
Provide final commissioning report
Upload of commissioning materials to USGBC website
Provide on-site facilities assessments

Job Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering
2+ years' experience providing commissioning activities on projects, either with independent CX firm or with MEP/FP, Architect, or owner.
Project experience submitted for consideration should include buildings on which you have actively participated in the project from the design phase through the final construction close-out.
Strong working knowledge of building and energy codes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to organize and present design information to clients.
Special consideration will be given to those candidates who have successfully demonstrated innovative design experience specifically related to renewable energies and sustainable, high performing buildings.
Commissioning certification a preferred (CxA, CCP, CMPM)
PE and /or LEED AP is preferred.
Working knowledge of Revit preferred.
