As an Education Coordinator at Bright Horizons you'll have the opportunity to share your passion for early education and be part of a leadership team that maintains high quality, innovative programming. You will provide overall leadership, guidance, and supervision of one or more programs and support teaching teams as they provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

You will put your expertise in early education to use as you guide and collaborate with your teaching team to design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum and ensure the safety and supervision of children at all times. You will demonstrate positive leadership, supporting your team's professional growth by providing direction, coaching and training. As a member of our center leadership team, you'll cultivate our center culture and maintain a professional work environment that reflects NAEYC high quality standards and Bright Horizons' commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • CDA or 9 credit hours/120 clock hours/12 CEUs
  • Two to four years of professional teaching experience
  • Must meet state requirements for education and experience
  • Preferred:

  • - Related early childhood education/child development Associate's degree preferred
    - Supervisory experience preferred
    - Additional center/school requirements may apply
