Looking for a local motivational personal trainer that can visit my place an hour per week/biweekly and lead me through cardio and strength training exercises that I can do at home in-between visits. Primary goal is loosing weight. Ideally the person would be able to help motivate me, as I currently completely lack motivation to stay on track. A plus would be if the trainer can periodically touch base throughout the week.
