I have a 2 bedroom apartment that is in terrible shape, and has been neglected for a year.
There is a bunch of trash inside (takeout containers). Everything requires deep cleaning, including
bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Laundry assistance is required, but there is no nearby equipment to do so.
Person living inside, has not been mobile, so if laundry could be collected, and later dropped off, that could be helpful.
No pictures are available, but the state is very bad, and embarrassing.
Person living inside, has been chronically depressed for a full year, so any assistance would be appreciated
and compensated. Looking for someone compassionate and non-judgmental.
