I am looking for someone to help me turn over my HomeAway in between guests. It is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, in great condition.
The house would need two styles of cleanings.
First is more basic in between guest stays. You'd need to wash the sheets and towels, make the beds, give the kitchen and bath a light cleaning, take out the garbage, and windex a few surfaces. This usually takes me no more than 2 hours.
The turnovers are between guest stays. Guests check out at 11 and the new guest checks in at 3. Therefore, you must do the turnover between 11 and 3. Also, the turnovers must be done on the dates of the turnovers. There is no flexibility to come do it on a different date. Turnovers happen on both weekdays and weekends.
Next is a more thorough cleaning. Maybe once a month or so you'd need to do a proper house cleaning. Sweep and mop all floors, vacuum all rugs, dust all furniture, A very light cleaning plus changing the sheets and towels. Trhes Sometimes it would need a deeper cleaning, say maybe once per month.
You do not need to bring any cleaning supplies. We have everything that you need at the house.
In your reply email, please answer the following questions:
1) You will get an agenda of the exact dates when we need turnovers. Are you able to commit to doing turnovers on specific dates between 11am and 3pm?
2) Because you will have a key to the building, we will need to run a background check. Are you willing to have a background check run?
3) What would you charge for the 2 hour turnover and the deeper cleanings? Please note these as separate rates.
