Full-Time Nanny Position | Starting April 2026

We are a warm, friendly, and family-oriented household located in Bay Village, just two blocks
from the Boston Public Garden, seeking a loving, reliable, and organized full-time nanny to join
our family starting April 2026.
The ideal candidate will become a trusted and valued part of our household, helping to create a
safe, joyful, and nurturing environment for our two young boys.
About Our Family
1) We are two working parents who deeply value family and view our nanny as an
extension of our home and caregiving team.
2) Our older son will be 2 years old in April. He is happy, social, and loves to play.
Beginning in the fall, he will attend half-day nursery school two days per week, and will
be home the remaining days.
3) Our younger son was born in January and will be approximately 3 months old at the start
date. He is a sweet, easygoing baby.
Responsibilities
1) Provide attentive, nurturing care and age-appropriate, engaging activities for both
children
2) Prepare healthy meals and snacks including family meals when possible
3) Maintain a clean and tidy home environment
4) Support daily routines with calmness, consistency, and care
Schedule
5) Approximately 40 hours per week
6) Schedule will vary slightly: some weeks Monday–Thursday, others Monday–Friday
Location &Transportation
1) Bay Village, Boston (near Winchester Street & Edgerly Place)
2) Conveniently located 2 blocks from the Arlington Green Line stop and a short walk from
Back Bay Station
3) Street parking is not available, so candidates should be comfortable commuting via
public transportation or find parking
Compensation
1) Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
Qualifications
1) Prior professional experience caring for infants and toddlers
2) Comfortable with light cooking and general household organization
3) Dependable, proactive, and communicative
4) Bilingual applicants are warmly welcomed
