Corporate office looking to HIRE IMMEDIATELY. Looking for individuals that want to grow within a company. We will provide a full and comprehensive training, so no previous customer service experience is necessary. Full time positions only, Monday to Friday, plus Saturdays. Immediate start. Applicants must be willing to learn and able to work with a team. Advancement opportunities available for those that take initiative.
Your responsibilities as an employee are to be respectful and courteous to our clients. You will have full knowledge of our system after your one day of training and you are required to educate our clients and answer any questions they may have. You will have one on one interactions with clients, if at any moment you are unable to answer a question one of your team members will be there to help you. You must make sure all information obtained is accurate and up to date.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Day to day duties processing forms/paperwork, updating our customer accounts, verifying all information. Registrations for our program.
Greet Clients respectfully.
Answering questions and educating our clients.
Maintaining a professional/ positive work attitude, and being a team player as we work in a team setting. You are to stay on task when dealing with clients and follow procedures/ systems
Some form of Customer Service work relation
Full Time Availability
Sharp Verbal and written communication
Ability to read and write in English.
18 years of age or older.
Ability to communicate positively with co-workers and clients.
