Miss Queen House Cleaning Boston is a small but growing residential cleaning service that focuses on reliable, high quality home cleanings for clients across the Boston area. We’re looking for a friendly and organized Customer Support Representative to help manage day to day communication with our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from new and returning customers
• Help clients book cleaning appointments and update scheduling changes
• Provide accurate service information and pricing when requested
• Follow up with customers after cleanings to ensure satisfaction
• Handle basic questions or concerns in a calm, professional manner
• Keep notes and customer details updated in our system
• Assist with simple billing questions or payment confirmations
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Comfortable handling customer conversations over phone and email
• Able to work remotely, full-time
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Basic computer skills required
• No experience necessary since we provide full training
